Equity Valuation Methods

This course is designed to introduce advanced finance students to corporate and equity valuation methods and applications. In this required course for the MBA with CFA option field, each student has to select an industry of interest and then pick one listed company either on TSX or NYSE for the valuation exercise. Different valuation methods will be used to determine the intrinsic value of the company or the equity value of the stock. Prerequisite: BU603, BU673
